How to get there
Join us for a four course dinner by Executive Chef Andy Borgmeier of Signature Catering & Events accompanied with music by DJ Henry. Menu as follows; Appetizer: Sliced breast of duck, sweet potato tart, mango chutney. Salad: Roasted beets on baby greens with feta, spiced walnuts and baby heirloom tomatoes, champagne vinaigrette. Entrée: Duo of petite filet mignon with shallot demi-glace and tobacco onions paired with a domestic shrimp and crab cake pinwheel, roasted finglering potatoes, roasted seasonal vegetables. Dessert: Hazelnut crusted crème brulé. Tickets are $120 which includes a champagne toast, favors and passed hors d’oeuvres to start. No outside food or beverage permitted. Tickets can be purchased online or at Lifestyle Services with a limit of 4 per household. Doors and cash bar services open at 5:30 p.m. Capacity is 60. Riverbend, 6 p.m.
